When you upload artwork, logos, or any content:

• You agree not to upload any content that is offensive, obscene, hateful, or infringes upon intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing prohibited content.

4. Order Processing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other online payment methods.

• Orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within the United States using trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays, or carrier issues.

• We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by third-party carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or customs issues.

• We do not accept returns for custom products unless they are defective or incorrect.

We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

• Items are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Items do not match your approved design.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.
